ORDER PROCESS

- Provide rug style, name, size, quantity
- Note DROP SHIP on order and provide YOUR NAME or CLIENT’S NAME, DELIVERY ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER of person at delivery address
HOW ARE RUGS SHIPPED?
- Via courier and dropped off at the front door (not placed in the home)
- If requested, a tracking number can be provided to you
FREIGHT CHARGES
- Surya and Loloi rugs no drop ship charges
- Viana $50 drop ship charge / area rug
- Important Note: for all rugs, including Surya and Loloi, over 8’ x 11’ an $80 drop ship charge will apply
- Renwil and Feizy request a quote
- Rizzy, Sunpan and Uttermost do not drop ship
PAYMENT
- Paid in full at time of order and sales are final
FREIGHT DAMAGE CLAIMS
- Freight damage must be reported to the courier company within 24 hours of delivery
- Report must include the following:
- Photo of rug label and photo(s) of damaged packaging and damage to rug
- Written description of rug damage due to freight
DEFECTIVE RUG
- Defective rugs must be reported to TDC within 30 days of delivery
- Report must include the following:
- Photo of rug label, photo(s) and written description of defect
- Rug sizes are listed according to suggestions from the manufacturer. Please note that any rug, machine-made or handmade, has a 3-5% variance depending on the material. This is not considered to be a defect
RETURN PROCESS for FREIGHT DAMAGE and DEFECTIVE RUGS
- Submit photo(s) and written description
- Once claim is approved, a Return Authorization will be sent along with instructions from the courier
- Returned rugs must be in original unused condition, rug may be refused or a fee may be assessed if the rug is soiled
- All returns need to be repackaged like new in the original packaging or an equivalent of the original packaging and the RETURN AUTHORIZATION # needs to be on the outside of the packaging
- *Rugs are subject to inspection and assessment upon arrival back to supplier before credit is issued*
